CONDICIONES DE SERVICIO

These terms apply between you and BADJOS 2016 EOOD (Reg. No. 204173165, EU VAT BG204173165), trading as AutoParts EU.

1. You submit an order request via the form on a part page.
2. A manager reviews availability and replies within 1 business day with a final price (incl. shipping) and an invoice.
3. The sales contract forms when you confirm the invoice and pay. Until then, no order is binding on either party.

Prices on product pages are in EUR and include EU VAT at the standard Bulgarian rate (20%) unless otherwise marked. For B2B buyers with a valid VAT number (verified via VIES), we issue a reverse-charge invoice with 0% VAT.

We ship from Shumen, Bulgaria. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the EU. Final shipping cost depends on destination and weight and is confirmed on the invoice. See /shipping for details.

We disclose the condition of each part transparently on its listing. Most of our parts are new and unused; when a part is used, its listing clearly says so, shows photos of any defects, and the part is sold "as described". We test electronics on the bench and pressure-test hydraulic parts before listing where possible.

The statutory two-year EU consumer warranty applies to B2C buyers and covers defects existing at the time of delivery that were not disclosed in the listing. It does not cover normal wear, defects we already disclosed, or damage caused by improper fitment.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is capped at the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage (e.g. workshop labour lost on a wrong-fitment part) where we provided accurate fitment data and the buyer chose to install anyway.

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply if more favourable.
